5. Returns & Refunds

BRAIDED024 offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee under the conditions outlined in our policy.

Customers may install and lightly wear the hair to evaluate the product quality.

However, refunds may be denied if the product has been heavily manipulated, washed, dyed, chemically altered, cut, or damaged.
